Nanolithography and its Techniques

The term nanolithography is derived from the Greek words “nanos”, meaning Dwarf; “lithos”, meaning rock; and “grapho” meaning to write. Therefore the literal translation is “tiny writing on rocks”. Nanolithography is the science of etching, writing or printing to modify a material surface with structures under 100nm.
A typical commercial use of nanolithography is in the manufacture of semiconductor chips for computers.
Nanolithography Techniques
Several lithographic techniques are used for patterning in the nanoscale region. These techniques include:
•        Photolithography
•        X-ray lithography
•        Nanoimprint lithography
•        Dip-Pen nanolithography
To know More about Nanolithography  grab the chance and attend the forthcoming Conference : 5th International Conference on Advanced Material Research and Nanotechnology.
Dates of the Conference : September 17-18, 2018

Venue : Berlin, Germany
